Balloon Boy Costume DIY Under Two Dollars

Here’s how to make your own Balloon Boy costume for less than two dollars.  Instructions do not reveal a big secret.  Get a silver mylar balloon, make a gondola out of aluminum foil (dimensions included), tape the gondola to the balloon.  Unlike the balloon that got away, this one has two tethers.   Trick to making this easy and quick is to stop looking for a large 36-38 inch balloon.  The largest you are likely to find will be the 18 inch solid silver mylar round style.
